Financial Manager

Designed for the unique and specialized needs of courts & justice back offices, Odyssey Financial Manager provides a simplified tool for maintaining a transparent and auditable view of cash, asset, and liabilities accounts, and provides a built-in check queue for automated disbursements.

Create a full Chart of Accounts either for a single jurisdiction or multiple jurisdictions. In larger installations, individual location’s accounts can be designed to roll up to area, regional, or statewide views for a comprehensive financial outlook. Summary and detailed reporting is available, or you can interactively explore transactions by drilling down into your Charts of Accounts.

Financial Manager includes capabilities for check printing queues. As disbursement requests are created in the various business operations (Case Manager, Jail Manager, Supervision, etc.) checks are placed in a queue ready for approval and printing. Queues can be managed separately at each location, or centrally.

Odyssey Justice Suite

All of the Odyssey Justice Suite solutions share a common database.
